Open it and choose "My subscription" in the ⚙ menu. Your trial becomes a subscription and you keep the same key. Buying here would create a second key, and a second subscription.

After the payment

Your key appears on screen, and an email keeps a copy of it.
Download greffo, install it, paste the key: the same key serves all the seats of the subscription.
An invoice is issued at every due date. It can be found at any time from the ⚙ menu, "My subscription".
