The export

The whole case file in one click
Folders, subfolders, numbering: the exact tree of the registry, rebuilt on your disk. A two-hundred-document case file takes no more gestures than a ten-document one.
The registry labels
Every file carries the document label: you find on your disk the names you read on screen, not numbered files. When a name has to be shortened, the registry number stays at the front, and the full title remains readable in greffo.
Every PDF checked
Header, internal structure, reference table: every file is checked on receipt. A corrupted PDF is rejected and reported, never filed in silence.
Complete or absent
Writing is atomic: a file is whole or does not exist, never truncated. On a passing portal error, greffo retries by itself, and a document that could not be retrieved is named in the summary.
Empty folders recreated
A folder empty at the registry is recreated empty on your disk, and flagged separately. The structure of the case file is reproduced as it is, and nothing is wrongly reported missing.
Resuming and tracking
A case file lives. greffo comes back to it without ever redoing what is done.
Tracking what is new
On the second export, greffo compares the case file online with what it has already filed. The first click downloads nothing: it shows what changed; the second downloads, and only what is missing.
Renames and additions detected
An added document is seen at first glance. A document renamed by the registry is recognised, and the file is renamed on your disk without a new download: it is the most frequent movement in a case file, and it costs nothing.
Stop at any time
The "⏹ Stop the download" button stops the export between two documents: everything written is complete and stays on the disk. A stop is not an incident, it is your decision.
A report after every export
Timestamped: what was done, what is new, what is missing. It can be printed, kept as a record, and never overwrites the previous one.
Find a document, combine a PDF
The case file as the registry presents it, on your computer, with what the file explorer cannot do.

" Search and combine" shows each exported case file with its folders in JustOnWeb’s order and the registry’s full titles, even when the name on the disk had to be shortened. One click opens the document.
Search as you type
A field filters as you type, in the titles of folders and documents: a number, a date, a word. Accents and capitals do not matter.
A single PDF, ready to print or send
Tick documents, a whole folder or the whole case file: greffo combines them into a single PDF, in case-file order, with a cover page and a fold-over title page for each folder. One print job, one file to attach to an email. The documents themselves are not modified.

Each combined PDF is saved in the case folder, and the last five stay at the top of the page, to reopen in one click.
File your cases as you always do
Your case files are yours: greffo files them where you decide, and follows them.
Total freedom of location
Move and rename your case files with your file explorer: greffo notices and offers to find them again, nothing is downloaded again. The base directory is chosen at first launch and can be changed at any time.
Where are my case files?
The "📁 Find my case files" page, one click from the panel, lists every exported case file and its exact location, with a button to open it on your computer. Rebuilt the moment you open it: always up to date. A field filters the list as you type, on the case number and on its whole path, where the client’s name often appears.
External drive, network share
A case file may live elsewhere than on the internal disk. Drive disconnected? greffo says so, and nothing is lost.
OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud
A single path that is too long is enough to stop the synchronisation of an entire OneDrive. greffo writes names that get through: every document stays under 259 characters, well below OneDrive’s limit, without the characters SharePoint rejects or names a Mac would show as a file. Filing the case in your client’s folder afterwards? The margin is built in.

The export browser is built in: one file to install, no administrator rights, no dependencies.

At any time, from the ⚙ menu. Takes effect at the end of the paid period, and your PDFs stay readable: they are ordinary files on your disk.
