The export
One click on the green button, and the case file lands on your disk, as the registry files it.
The whole case file in one click
Folders, subfolders, numbering: the exact tree of the registry, rebuilt on your disk. A two-hundred-document case file takes no more gestures than a ten-document one.
The registry labels
Every file carries the document label, as is. You find on your disk the names you read on screen, not numbered files.
Every PDF checked
Header, internal structure, reference table: every file is checked on receipt. A corrupted PDF is rejected and reported, never filed in silence.
Complete or absent
Writing is atomic: a file is whole or does not exist, never truncated. On a passing portal error, greffo retries by itself, and a document that could not be retrieved is named in the summary.
Empty folders recreated
A folder empty at the registry is recreated empty on your disk, and flagged separately. The structure of the case file is reproduced as it is, and nothing is wrongly reported missing.
Resuming and tracking
A case file lives. greffo comes back to it without ever redoing what is done.
Tracking what is new
On the second export, greffo compares the case file online with what it has already filed. The first click downloads nothing: it shows what changed; the second downloads, and only what is missing.
Renames and additions detected
An added document is seen at first glance. A document renamed by the registry is recognised, and the file is renamed on your disk without a new download: it is the most frequent movement in a case file, and it costs nothing.
Stop at any time
The "Stop the download" button stops the export between two documents: everything written is complete and stays on the disk. A stop is not an incident, it is your decision.
A report after every export
Timestamped: what was done, what is new, what is missing. It can be printed, kept as a record, and never overwrites the previous one.
File your cases as you always do
Your case files are yours: greffo files them where you decide, and follows them.
Total freedom of location
Move and rename your case files with your file explorer: greffo notices and offers to find them again, nothing is downloaded again. The base directory is chosen at first launch and can be changed at any time.
Where are my case files?
The "My greffo case files" page lists every exported case file and its exact location, with clickable paths. Rebuilt the moment you open it: always up to date.
External drive, network share
A case file may live elsewhere than on the internal disk. Drive disconnected? greffo says so, and nothing is lost.

Nothing else to install
The export browser is built in: one file to install, no administrator rights, no dependencies.

At any time, from the ⚙ menu. Takes effect at the end of the paid period, and your PDFs stay readable: they are ordinary files on your disk.
